Welcome to Evolution By Starr!! I’m excited to see you have taken the initial steps to make some changes to your health and lifestyle. My goal is to empower and motivate you to feel your best. Evolution By Starr virtual classes will help you reach your fitness goals, give you tools that you will be able to execute independently, and implement sustainable healthy habits into your daily routine.

Workout from the comfort of your own home!

  •  Each class is made for all goals. 
  • All workouts can be performed and modified anywhere you choose. 
  • Weekly check-ins available with membership to track progress and accountability.

    Equipment Needed

  • 1 pair of light dumbbells for upper body  (5lbs -10lbs)  and a pair of heavy dumbbells for lower body (12 lbs - 20 lbs)
  • resistance bands aka booty bands
  • yoga mat
